A power plant and a fuel yard are working industrial sites. Whether you’re dropping off a trailer of limbs or starting a shift, here is what we ask of you.

Employees, contractors, and drivers

Before you work on site, read our Safety Rules Book and sign the acknowledgement.

  1. Read the Safety Rules Book (OHS-3300).
  2. Print and sign the Acknowledgement of Receipt.
  3. Bring it with you when you arrive, or return it within 10 days of receiving the book.

Drop-off customers

Our recycling yard shares space with heavy equipment and a very high fire danger. Follow the attendant, and the yard rules.

Hours, accepted materials, and yard rules

On site, always

  • 5 MPH. Heavy equipment and trucks have the right of way.
  • No smoking, anywhere. Fire danger in the yard is extremely high.
  • Sturdy footwear. Boots recommended; no sandals.
  • Phones down while driving. Park and turn off the engine first.
  • If the siren sounds, follow our employees to the muster point.
  • Follow every instruction from SRM staff and posted signs.
